Trail mix
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of mixed nuts (any kind you like, I usually use combination of raw cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, or peanuts)
- 1 cup of dried fruit (I use raisins or a mix of raisins and dried cranberries- look for the kind made with juice instead of sugar)
- Salt (optional, omit if using salted nuts)
Instructions:
- Throw everything into a gallon ziploc bag and shake it up until well mixed. Store in the fridge to help it keep longer.
