Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 can diced tomatoes or 2 cups worth of fresh tomatoes
- 1 small bunch or ½ large bunch of cilantro
- ¼ of a medium onion (any color works)
- 1 medium clove of garlic
- 1-2 hot peppers (we usually use jalapeƱos or serranos)
Instructions:
- Throw everything into a blender and blend on lowest setting. Store in a jar in the fridge. Best if used in about 5 days, lasts a little longer with cooked tomatoes but is oh so delicious with fresh tomatoes from the garden.
