Oil & vinegar
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Seasonings (herbs, salt, etc.)
- Start with a 12 oz. mason jar. Fill it about half full with olive oil and a quarter full of vinegar (more or less to taste). Add any desired seasonings.
- Put the lid on tight and shake. I store it in the fridge so it lasts longer, you just have to remember to get it out a few minutes early to let it warm up.
Tahini Dressing
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup tahini
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp. cold water (to start, I usually add more)
- Pinch garlic powder
- Stir ingredients together in a bowl or jar, taste, and adjust to your liking
