I thing we get so used to multitasking we forget that focus matters too. I think as women...Oh I totally get you on this one! I think as women especially, we think we have to do it all and do it all at the same time. I've started realizing as well that if I'm fully focused on 1 task, I can give my all to it and be proud of whatever I accomplished...even if it was just having a great conversation with someone in my life.
